Yumnuts Receives an A+

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

Hey Guys!

Great product! I agree with the YUM!!!!…….you give YUM a new meaning. The nuts are light with your roasting process and the flavors subtle.

I was shopping at the Stew Leonard’s store in Newington, CT today (2/26/10) for my weekly fresh goodies and I met your representative offering samples of new YUMNUTS! I bought the Honey for my husband and the Coconut for me to take to work to much on for a satisfying, up-lifting snack between teaching my university classes. I will now be looking for your product display at Stew’s when I go back for my next shopping trip.

It was funny, I asked the gentleman if these cashews were a Bear Naked product….I’m a fan of their granola also. He told me one of you “original YUMNUTS” were associated with that company in the past. (I read your BIOS and see how you blend well together). I knew I could recognize quality again!

Well…keep up the great product line and I hope to see in the future the addition of new, exciting flavors and different nut products as you expand your horizons.

YUM on a Snow Day

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

What better way to say YUM than on a snow day, all warm and snugglie by the fire with your favorite bag of Yumnuts. Here is what our newest customer, Lisa Jo has to say about that.

Hi Guys!

It’s a snow day here in CT and one of my daughters and I went to get some “snow day food” at Stew’s. It was here that we met Kevin and fell in love with Yumnuts (and Kevin)! We had a sample of the Honey and Chocolate Yumnuts and it was all over but the crying!  WE LOVE THEM!! I’ve already called my friends and got them hooked on the best nut snack available!

Mike, Tyler and Jerome (and Kevin) - thanks for your vision, hard work and determination to make your dreams come true! We are thrilled for you and the lucky ones who come across your product. YUM!

Yumnuts asks, “What makes you say yum?”

Thursday, May 28th, 2009

Yumnuts co-founder Jerome Metivier is about to hop on a plane to Paris, France for a long weekend.  For Jerome, who grew up in Paris, the thought of going back home is 100% Yum.  He will have the opportunity to spend time with family, eat at his favorite restaurant and see some familiar sites.  Jerome’s trip to France reminds us to ask, “what makes you say Yum?”

As you can imagine, there are a lot of “Yum” memories from Jerome that stem from France.  In fact, here are a few of Jerome’s anwers to our YumBlog questions:

1.  What is your favorite Yum sound?   - The sounds of the cork popping on a bottle of Bordeaux

2.  What is your favorite Yum smell?  - The smell of Paris after a rainstorm in August

Bon voyage, Jerome!  We hope you enjoy the trip and have the chance to experience first hand your favorite ‘yum’ sound and ‘yum’ smell on the trip.  Take pictures of Yumnuts at the Eifle Tower.
