In a recent segment on CBS, they talked about “Smartfoods”. “Smartfoods” are foods that actually make you loose the pounds. I was amazed to know that quinoa and strawberries were on the list.

Yumnuts Sea Salt Cashew Chicken Recipe

Best Sea Salt Yumnuts – Cashew Chicken Dish Ever!
¼ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) (ok to substitute another can of cream of chicken soup instead)
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
½ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup chow mein noodles
½ cup to 1 cup of Sea Salt Yumnut cashew nuts

Sauté onion and celery in margarine. Add soup, broth, soy sauce. Add cooked chicken and simmer a couple of minutes. Pour into a casserole dish. Add noodles and Sea Salt Yumnuts on top.
